Our Founder’s Journey

Pharmfluency journey image
2018

Jane started sharing her pharmacy school journey online during her second year of pharmacy school.

2019

As a visual learner, she struggled to find colourful and easy-to-understand clinical pharmacy study resources, so she started creating her own, starting with PDFs.

2020

She graduated from the University of Nottingham and was awarded the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Student of the Year Award.

2021

She qualified as a Pharmacist; her first job was at a hospital in Brighton. She especially loved the education rotation during which she got to work as a Hospital Pharmacy Placement Facilitator..

2022

She started working in primary care, which gave her life-changing insights and later led her to the found Inner Glow Clinic.

2023

She switched from creating PDFs to printed study guides.

2024

She started attending pharmacy career fairs to showcase the study guides.

2025

She was a panellist with Chemist & Druggist at the Pharmacy Show, Black British Business Awards finalist, and Rising Star at the Chemist & Druggist PILLS Awards.

2026

Today, she continues to drive Pharmfluency forward & also works as a Foundation Pharmacist Educator for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

The Pharmfluency Philosophy

We believe clinical pharmacy shouldn’t be overwhelming or feel like a mountain of black & white notes.

Pharmfluency is built on the belief that real confidence comes from understanding, not memorising endless details.

We’re here to turn complex topics into clear, colourful, and clinically relevant essentials that stick.

Because when you’re fluent in clinical pharmacy, you’re not just studying harder; you’re studying smarter, with resources that actually work.
